Breastfeeding Basics
Our classes are personalized, interactive and hands-on….
Breastfeeding is a hands-on learned skill!
Having information ahead of time is helpful in knowing what to expect, how to get started, and ways to know if your baby is getting enough to eat. Momentum classes will teach you SKILLS you can start using the minute your little one arrives. We will prepare you and your team to jump right in and know when to get help!
And what about your Support Team? YES-they could benefit from knowledge so they can support you too!
Want to know what we talk about? What you need to get started, how to know when its time to feed the baby, skin-to-skin, feeding routines, sources of support, alternative feeding methods, supplementation, basics of pumping, how to get sleep, common challenges, self-care, mental health, and more. This class is perfect for anyone who is planning to breastfeed, chest feed, exclusively pump and breastmilk feed, or supports a breastfeeding Mom and Baby.
